Railway works in Ganapathy

Hello. As a result of heavy movement of passengers from Coimbatore to Bangalore and back, the introduction of night train services to between the two cities has been brought to notice. The Coimbatore Railways Struggle Committee realizes that the upgradation of the Mettupalayam railway station which is very close to Ganapathy, will substantially ease the traffic congestion as well as railway lined burdened at the Coimbatore Railways Junction. Additionally, put lines are expected to be sanctioned to ensure train maintenance primarily for new trains that start from Coimbatore. There are currently only three pit lines for maintenance at the railway stations of Madurai and Trichy.
