Q: Plastered ceiling broken within 2 years of construction. Very poor construction materials and cheap ways of construction used by abhinitha foundation.

Latest Answer: Yes, the Honourable Supreme Court of India passed a judgement stating that all builders/contractor(s)/all concerned authorities of any State engaged in Housing Construction activity in any manner are responsible to Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for any act or omission relating to housing activity such as delay in delivery of possession, non-completion of construction within the stipulated time, defective and faulty construction and more.

Latest Answer: I would just like to tell you that the the booking amount is a bit on the higher side and that you will have to pay around Rs 3,00,000. I personally think its too uch but then you have to consider things like locality and amenities provided, which are pretty decent.

The floors of the bedroom, hall and dining rooms are covered with vitrified tiles 2'*2' and the interior walls have been painted with premium emulsion. Latest Answer: hey, one of my friends who worked in a bank had mentioned about this apartment when we were discussing about my shifting to coimbatore. but, i was not much into a luxurious living. That is why, i left out that option. He told me that i could get easy loans for it. The apartment has bank approvals from State Bank of India, ICICI bank, as well as HDFC home loans. hope this info was helpful for you.

Latest Answer: I enquired about this last year when i heard the news that the property was opened for sale. i was not ready with my finances, so i dropped my plans for buying an apartment there. but later i got to know that the project has bank approvals from almost all the leading banks. it also has approval from DTCP.
