Buying for investment in Wakad

Q: Hi Forum, I am looking at a 4BHK in Wakad, which is going to cost around 1.9 Cr. The cost is around 7800 per sq foot.Can I expect any appreciation on this cost in the coming years? The location is great for people working in HInjewadi, and the flat is spotless. Thanks in advance for any inputs

Wakad is one of the fastest emerging localities in Pimpri-Chinchwad in Pune. Today, Wakad has everything best in the region. Many developers are launching townships and projects. Builders are majorly coming up with apartment projects offering one, two and three bedrooms with all modern facilities. Some builders are also offering bungalows and row house projects.Apartment projects are more preferred than plots, villas and individual houses. Working software professionals look for either 2 bhk or 3bhk apartment.
