However, authorities of the planning department said the whole process is could take 6 months as a standard procedure must be obeyed to give completion certificates.
Guys, The bench, on the other hand, said that construction of building is constant encroachment while mining is a short term encroachment. Our project is 10 km away and because of the tribunal's request, no completion certificate is being given. After hearing this issue , the bench listed it for 15th of July.

As per sources, in its appeal, the SCBA Multi State Cooperative Group Housing Society asserted that its 684 people have been treated very badly as their OC got stuck due to legal dispute. They are suffering from irreparable injury due to this dispute. This problem need to be resolved soon.

Hey Praveen, I thought the National Green Tribunal(NGT) had over one & half year prior illegal the Noida Authority from giving completion certificates to those projects that fall inside of a 10 kilometer range of the sanctuary near Noida. Then why again changes in that plan ?

the reports say that the 1.2 km area between the northern boundary of the bird sanctuary and the DND flyover as the eco-sensitive zone. the migratory birds are expected here but the DND cuts the continuity and there is not much point in continuing the area beyond DND...

Yeah!!! A committee by the environment ministry has suggested 1.2 km ecosensitive zone for the Okhla Bird Sanctuary. The National Wildlife Board (NWB) directive had said about a 10km radius around sanctuaries which i feel is a big area... the 1.2 km zone is enough..
