guidance value at kadugodi

Q: had booked an appartment at belathur,kadugodi at Dec ,2012. What is the guidance value in this area ? Builder is quoting 2470 per sqft. My friend has done his agreement lastweek for 1750 per sqft near electronic city. Does guidance value change based on area ?

Hello Teena, Yes guidance value differs from locality to locality. The guidance value for an apartment or flat in Kadugodi ranges from Rs 1280 to Rs 2444.

Guideline value helps to determine the associated costs regarding the property registration such as such stamp duty fees, registration fee etc. Any property in Kadugodi has to be registered in Bidarahalli sub registrar office (SRO).
