Damaged Roads at Maheshwaram

Q: I'm tempted to invest in Maheshwaram because it seems to have great potential but I've heard that the civic facilities are quite bad? Anyone can give me more info on this? Thanks!

Maheshwaram is a prominent destination for professionals involved in I.T Sector, Pharma sector, Electronics sector, wherein the government has kept a great importance for future developments not because of land availability but also connectivity to two major highways ( Srisailam and Bangalore) and Outer Ring Road. It is just 12 km from airport, 26 km from Hyderabad, 15 km from TCS Adibatla and 11 km from Tata Tele Services . It is now coming as a new IT Hub & ITIR Regions with Hi-Tech City and has good connectivity with all important places of the City.

Hi Tinku,
This locality is not useful for those who have missed the investment oppertunity in Madhapur and Gachibowli areas, they should not be hopeless because the next investment destination comes in the form of Maheshwaram and the surrounding areas. These areas will be the key drivers for creating new employment opportunities to Hyderabad.

This is a prime target location! It's pretty clear that this locality has got great scope along with Gachibowli, Kondapur, Madhapur and Hitech city. I don't get why people say that Hyderabad investment has reached its saturation point because the localities still have a lot to offer. Especially the ones with growth spurt of IT companies. Pretty soon, Hyderabad is going to have a lot of metro city competition for being the ideal city to invest in. Hyderabad definitely has a good chance of winning. Good choice for wanting to invest here! I say go for it! :D

Another annoying problem are the thief's in the area. Lot of chain grabbers around and this has shocked many woman who walk the streets back to their homes alone at night. The presence of the mahila mandali is a good thing because all the women are free to meet and discuss problems they face amongst themselves. And apparently the cops in this area are as lazy as the day they were born. They don't do much to help improve the situation. But still this area has lots of potential and I'm sure given the proper funding, many infrastructural projects in this area can seriously improve its real estate value! :)

Hey have you heard of Mythripuram colony in Maheshwaram? I think only 400 families live there in 150 houses spread across the area. The streets are neat and well maintained and it is a quaint nice little town. But this place actually faces many civic issues. Firstly, the drainage sometimes seeps onto the streets because of broken pipes making the entire place stink. And this leads tothe very bad roads that always have sludge and muck on it that makes it very difficult for bikers to ride there. And don't even ask about the garbage disposal problem because nothing has been done about the piling on garbage for a very long time. So yeah think about it before investing here!

In coming days Maheshwaram will be the business and prominent residential hub. Now a days lot of projects already developing like Mak, Prajay, Discovery, Vishal Sanjivini, etc,... all these builders have invested crores for rupees for some reason, also with the ITIR and electronics hub in the queue lot if developments happening in and around Maheshwaram, E city is taking shape, Maheshwaram Science City and many more. overall this locality is good for investment. Last 10 years i am keeping close eyes on this area and now is the right time to invest, in a year or two your investment will increase multiple folds. I have also invested in lands and plots and i see lot of activity around. I can see huge future appreciation for maheshwaram as the four lane roads already laid from Prajay to Maheshwaram.
