How is Aratt in comparison with Prestige Sunrise and Bren palms Kudlu gate

Q: Hi,
I am looking around for a property for purchase. My requirement is 2 BHK.I am not able to decide between Bren Palms Kudlu gate, Prestige Sunrise E-City and Aratt Requizza E-City. Any comments.

Hey Vikas, Bren Palms is also a good project no doubt and if all the approvals are in place and all the documents are in clear then I think you can go for the project. Are you planning for investment purpose or for end use?

All three project are good but in my point of view go for prestige which is more reliable builder in Bangalore and he will delivered his project on time. The project is located very close to Wipro Campus, Infosys Campus and HCL campus which will give good connectivity. and this proect will give good return in upcoming year.
