Hi, we are planning to buy a flat in Prajapati Elite, phase III. Could someone let me know the feedback for Prajapati Elite - builders, quality etc. And since they are handing over to the association immediately without any builder maintenance, are there any problems faced by the residents there already? Could someone also tell me if there are any water problems there? Thanks!
Hey, you know one good thing about this new project; if you buy an apartment in the Elite III project you’ll still be able to avail of the amenities offered by the Elite I and II projects. I think its a good investment option. Another good thing – its close to the Miyapur metro station, as well as to Hitech city. These two facts will definitely help in the capital appreciation over the years. The premises of the project will be under 24 hour security with CCTV surveillance. So it will be pretty safe, I think.
Hi, yeah I have some info. I’ve heard that the price range is around Rs 2800 per square foot. Both types of apartments are available in different built-up sizes. For the 2bhks, the area lies between 1100 and 1300 square feet, and for the 3bhks it is 1300 and 1600 square feet. You’ll have to pay an additional charge of Rs 3 lakhs for the amenities, if you’re going for a 2bhk, and Rs 4.5 lakhs for the 3bhk amenities. Also, if you buy a 3bhk, you’ll get parking space for 2 cars, but for the 2bhk you will get space for just one.

I would definitely recommend that for you because I feel that its one of the best upcoming projects in the city, and the perfect choice if you’re looking to invest in Prajapati ventures. The total number of units in this project is going to be 64 and they are both 2bhks and 3bhks. That’s all I know about this project, anybody has some more info?
