I have booked a flat in Balaji residency on February 2014 in phase-I by paying 4.5 lakh down payment. But till now there is no progress at all. Plz tell what to do?

@Shreya, Don't you think, if i had invested that booking amount in some back, atleast i would have got some interst over it, But here in this case i dont see my investment is giving me any results. it is totally dissapointed with the pace of work by these builders. Two years almost and the project not yet started. People laugh whn i tell this to anyone.

Hey, I also booked a flat in Balaji Residency in March 2014 by investing 4 lacks as initial amount. Till date work has not been started. Every month they are saying that work will start in next month but that month never comes. Not getting what is actually going on and when work will start? Now i am fearing from loosing money though all the transactions are done by cheque only.
Hi Balwinder, You can analyze yourselves If the project is in a good location and the developer has a good reputation and is facing issues that will be resolved in the coming days, it is advisable to stay invested as long as one has the financial holding power. As i can see, developer has a good track record in Mumbai.
Right Balwinder, Wait for the possession date given by the builder. You will be in a strong position If the builder is unable to hand over the project within the said period. Then you can take the advise of a legal expert .

well.. i was advised that there will be power back up, swimming pool, lifts, water storage, club house and park as well as competent maintenance staff.
Well Mr Murugan.. panvel is the area to invest as it is near by areas have already reached a saturation point and the natural expansion of the city. The project has 1 and 2 BHks apartments in a 15 blocks apartment complex.
Well when i last enquired , the basic price was around Rs 3700 per sqft. so a 1 bhks of 523sqft size is available in a price range of approx 19Lakh onwards..
well the panvel station is around 2.5km away from this project.. There are schools, hospitals and shops in a 3 km radius and the airport is within 5 km radius.. there is also a proposed airport in the area and the connectivity is excellant.
