I think possession date is not over. A buyer can file a case only when the project is delayed by more than 6 months. So, better buyer should put pressure on builder for timely possession in stead of filing case. Arihant Amisha is under construction project and date of delivery will be December'2016.

They are currently quoting Rs. 2700/sq-ft. and a 1bhk in 470 sq-ft. will cost you Rs.16 lacs all including while a 1.5 BHK in 490 sq-ft. will cost you Rs. 16.65 lacs all including. Whereas a 2 and 2.5BHK from 504-600 sq-ft. will cost around Rs.24 lacs to 31 lacs all including.
