Hi Padma, The location is not in mumbai region. The mumbai town region ends at Bandra. Beyond Bandra we have extended mumbai suburbs for 10-15km. You can not consider this location as mumbai region. This is semi-rural area at least 70-90km from town. Even at 2psf on carpet area maintenance, the builder would be making huge amount of money. Rs. 3psf is quite high, it should be around 2.5 psf on saleable area. 11 KMs from Panvel station, In between Old Mumbai Pune expressway & NH4., Before Hiranandani Panvel. Landmark- Shedung Toll Plaza
@Lalit, Livability is a major issue at the moment. Investment point of view, it may be great if airport, nhava-shewa comes there. So this project is good for investors-my view.
Hi, If they price it anything below 50L, (All inclusive) for a good size 2BHK (1200 sqft+), then it would be a GOOD buy. provided it has a golf course view and low monthly maintenance (say Rs3 psf on carpet). Anything beyond this price range, would be a bad financial decision for both the investors or end-users.
I've got some details, 1 bhk some 440 carpet area will cost about 40 lacs. this works out to be 10k/ sq ft on carpet. isn't it expansive ? will dig out more tomorrow.
