For a budget of approx 40lac is it wise to buy one 3 BHK flat in Raj Nagr ext GHZ or one should look for noida ext?

Q: As legal restriction from noida ext seems clear so where one should opt the apt in 40 lac budget..RNE/Noida ext or grater noida west.
Job location will be noida or in delhi
Please advise

Hi Charu, Both the locations are good.. but as you said that the job location will be either Delhi or Noida.. i feel that greater noida west will be a better option especially isnce it lies close to noida and the staring sectors are just 6-7 kms from the existing metro stations. there will be much more connectivity.

Sure the Greater noida west area picture is much clearer now, but still there are issues at some areas and so will advise you to go for either known builders with clear titles and take due diligence in all cases.
