You should consider investing in Lakvinsar Royal in Hannahalli. If you want good facilities and public transport then these residential apartments have both luxurious and recreational facilities such as WiFi hotspot, 24 hour electricty back up, a temple, milk booth, banks and bus transport all within the community itself. They have residential apartments as well as commercial work spaces. Prices haven't been released yet so you should keep checking.

There are actually some great real estate options in JP Nagar. The locality was primarily developed in order to serve the purpose of being a residential area. It is also an area which has many recreational facilities like artifical lakes and lots of trees and greenery. It's located in such a place that it is 5 kms from the city's center Mysore Palace and quite close to the airport as well. If you're thinking about investing then I suggest you do it now before prices sky rocket because this locality has that much potential. Did I mention that it has a breathtaking view of Chanmundi Hills? :D

Think of JP Nagar as a city of its own. It's got schools, colleges, restaraunts, cafes, malls, sporting grounds, supermarkets, hospitals and a whole bunch of other such places. If you live in JP Nagar and at a gated community at that, your life is pretty much set because of the conveniences available in the locality. But if you do need to travel around the city a lot then you'll be happy to know that the road connectivity is superb! It's extremely well connected by trains and buses. The cabs go by the meter system so overall public transport is well established in JP Nagar.

Hey there :) JP Nagar is quite awesome because it's one of the new layouts in Mysore along with Vijayanagar. These layouts were developed by MUDA or the private developers of Mysore. Mysore went through an entire city planning phase because of the immense traffic congestion that was there in the city at some point. But now there are new highways opened up and the city is at a much better place. Right now, these residential areas like JP nagar that are booming and fast expanding. So you should definitely go for it!
