I have been told phase2 completes end of 2014 and committed amenities available to phase1. for me looks impossible/
Q: I have bought property with Rajparis Civil Constructions Ltd at Madampakkam.Rajparis Crystal spring phase1 completed year ago. But, there are lots of rework, pending activities like EB name transfer, building water leakages, building completion certificate, etc., There is no compensation for delay or not getting the committed facilities. Rajparis team markets the property through Myproptree Company. Rajparis will not fulfills the commitments and they say Rajparis is not responsible for Myproptree commitments.
Rajparis never ever give possession as per the commitment. You will end up in loss if you buy property from Rajparis. Poor management and customer support. Just to sell a House they will say any thing but once you buy it then that it. Then you need to beg them for possession. They will ask money for small small things as well.
Hi, Now a days many top builders seem to be acting cheap by cutting cost in some very basic needs, like low cost tiles in balcony, bad quality pvc doors, ordinary windows instead of fenesta, low quality parryware sanitary products. So most of them seem to be doing such cheap stuff.
As a customer we want quality, but with the mindset of the current customer (not many fight for quality of apartments) and the builder mentality, many are forced to settle for 70 - 80 % of the promised quality!
Hello Sir, Rajparis is decent builder as i heard. But i am not sure about quality construction. Please personally take a look at their earlier projects. In one forum, i heard Harmony phase 1 was good.. But Harmony phase 2 quality is not tat great.. I could see so many cracks on the walls of phase 2. The finishing does not seem to be good. Though I have not checked inside.
Fair project price 4000 / sq ft..now it is 4300/sq-ft tentative completion period informed in fair project will be march 2015.
If there is a delay in possession, first check your agreement paper if there is a clause showing compensation in delays then contact a good legal adviser and asked the builder for compensation accordingly.
