Devanahalli is located 40 kilometres to the north east of Bangalore. The real estate market started booming when the new Bangalore Internation Airport was constructed. There is Devanahalli Business Park and many office spaces are coming up in Devanahalli which will again impact the real estate market.

I agree with Nagesh.... Devanahalli has gained importance as a preferred destination with the establishment of Bengaluru International Airport Slowly but gradually the area is emerging as an IT Hub with several technology companies and parks. Moreover Hebbal has good infrastructure like metro, upcoming monorail and high speed rail networks.

Hello Mr.Venkataraman Im not very sure about the one near the airport cause isnt it really far away from the city??.. and the city is really crowded so why not somewer near whitefield that would be economical and it is on of the fastest growing areas in Banaglore has almost all facilities in and around that area itself!!..
I recently went and visited a apartment for my sister and her family since she was moving to Bangalore and that place was perfect and the rent you get in that area that is if you want to give it out for rent is also decent.The apartment was called FortiusWaterscape and had apartments that had lake view and the best part is it wasnt too pricey and had almost all the aminities for a family!!...:)
