Q: My wife and I are completely new to Indore and were wondering if Niranjanpur is considered to be a peaceful and quiet locality to live in. We don't like the city pollution and traffic too much. Any information about the locality would help. Thankyou
Hi, Accessibility wise you shouldn’t face any issues with the area. It can easily be accessed from all the major areas of the city. investing here will not require a lot of capital. In around 30 - 40 lacs you can own a nice luxurious 3 BHK apartment. Everything that you need on a daily basis is present in the locality. You will find hospitals in 5Km radius, the airport is also approximately only 13 kms from the area. Since, it is close to the airport, the chances of it becoming a developed hub of Indore are high.
@Deepti, Yea, the price per sq. ft in Niranjanpur is somewhere around Rs.1091 per sq. ft to Rs. 2,500 per sq. ft, which is pretty reasonable. However, I'm not really sure if there are any water or electricity problems in this area. Maybe some residents of the area can help?
Most of the Indore township live in Manglia bypass. The roads are very well connected, so directly or indirectly the roads take you to the main city. Manglia bypass is actually considered to be the Gurgaon of Indore. It's a very fast developing locality and is one of the best areas to live in Indore. The locality has good connectivity to other parts of the city and has a number of new industrial companies setting up base here. I think you'll find this locality much to your liking! :)
Personally I hate the traffic and noise as well but I live in Manglia :P The area slowly seems to be getting congested as more and more people are moving here. I stay in a gated community though and I get all the peace and quiet that I need. I saw some really nice places here http://www.commonfloor.com/dlf-garden-city-indore/povp-2syxu5 . There are apartments that have all the provisions within the gated community itself so you don't really need to step out too much.
