Q: Hi! Can someone please tell me the infrastructure around Niranjanpur? I have almost finalized on a property and I want to know what is around the area.
Latest Answer: There are other schools like the SICA School, St. Arnold School and Prestige Institute of Engineering and Sciences. My favorite restaurant is near that called On The House. Yoou will find Dr. Acharya's Family Clinic right along the edge of the area but will find hospitals like Universal Hospital & Care Centre close by.

Q: My dad and mum live in Indore, and are looking for a nice 2 BHK apartment. They want to stay close to their friends and relatives, and have been insisting on investing in areas near Vijay nagar and Niranjanpur. I don’t get time to visit Indore and personally go and enquire about properties. I recently stumbled upon a property called Lotus Shine, and would like to know more about it. Can people who live in Indore help with some information?
Latest Answer: Hey, actually I am aware of their per sq. ft price. The price per sq. ft they are quoting is Rs. Rs. 2,250. I think this is a little expensive when compared to similar properties in the area. the normal facilities like clubhouse, swimming pool, play area, garden and party area. Location wise it is ideal, not so far from basic amenities like hospitals, grocery shops, schools, and bus stops. Also, recently Niranjanpur saw a dip in its per sq. ft prices, so right now it’s a good buy market.

Q: My wife and I are completely new to Indore and were wondering if Niranjanpur is considered to be a peaceful and quiet locality to live in. We don't like the city pollution and traffic too much. Any information about the locality would help. Thankyou
Latest Answer: Hi, Accessibility wise you shouldn’t face any issues with the area. It can easily be accessed from all the major areas of the city. investing here will not require a lot of capital. In around 30 - 40 lacs you can own a nice luxurious 3 BHK apartment. Everything that you need on a daily basis is present in the locality. You will find hospitals in 5Km radius, the airport is also approximately only 13 kms from the area. Since, it is close to the airport, the chances of it becoming a developed hub of Indore are high.

Q: Hello everyone, I have to move to Indore in a month for a company project. My office is near LIG Square, but I have a relative staying in Niranjanpur, and I would like to rent a 1 or a 2 BHK house somewhere around Niranjanpur. Can someone please tell me how much the rent is in this area and about the safety of the area. Thank you.
Latest Answer: Yea that pretty much sums up the rent range here in Niranjanpur. Safety wise, I don’t think you have to worry about anything. There are many residential apartments around here, and are occupied by families. It might not be a very developed neighbourhood, but it’s got all basic amenities like bus stops, schools, parks, restaurants, petrol bunks, etc. The only thing that might require a bit of your time is finding an apartment. You should probably contact an agent to ease out the process. Good luck with your stay in Indore.

Q: Hey I want to invest in Niranjanpur, as the per sq. ft rates are pretty decent in the area. However, I’m not really sure of the infrastructural developments happening in the area. Is anyone aware of any upcoming development which might make investing here beneficial?
Latest Answer: Oh yea, I’ve heard about this sewage project to. I think the talks of giving the tender is going on. I agree to what you’ve said, if this project is successfully implemented it will be a great advancement for Niranjanpur. Also, I was going through an article on the internet and it said that the Indore BRTS is also coming up with Hi-tech bus facilities, which will dedicated bus facilities between Niranjanpur square and the Rajiv Gandhi Square. I don’t know how exactly this will help investments in the area, but I’m sure it will work as a good feature of the locality.

Q: Hey, what’s the Royal Amar Green project like? Good enough for a real estate investment? I want to buy an apartment and rent it out, for like a second source of income. Advise please!
Latest Answer: Yes, definitely a good project to invest in. There is a bunch of malls like the Mega Mall, C21 Mall, the Malhar close by, along with nice restaurants and other shopping centres. All in all, a prime residential locality! It is also well connected to the IT centres of the city via the AB Road, so you will even find takers from the younger IT crowd. The 2bhks will cost you around Rs 29 lacs and the 3bhks will cost you around Rs 44 lacs. If you rent your apartment out, for a 2bhk you can easily get Rs 12000 per month, and for a 3bhk, you can get around Rs 20000 per month.
