Any Upcoming Infrastructural Developments in Niranjanpur?

Q: Hey I want to invest in Niranjanpur, as the per sq. ft rates are pretty decent in the area. However, I’m not really sure of the infrastructural developments happening in the area. Is anyone aware of any upcoming development which might make investing here beneficial?

Oh yea, I’ve heard about this sewage project to. I think the talks of giving the tender is going on. I agree to what you’ve said, if this project is successfully implemented it will be a great advancement for Niranjanpur. Also, I was going through an article on the internet and it said that the Indore BRTS is also coming up with Hi-tech bus facilities, which will dedicated bus facilities between Niranjanpur square and the Rajiv Gandhi Square. I don’t know how exactly this will help investments in the area, but I’m sure it will work as a good feature of the locality.

I’ve been doing my research on the upcoming plans and developments to take place in Niranjanpur, and have found that apart from the above mentioned developments, action is being taken to create a hygienic environment in the locality. The Indore Municipal Corporation is planning to set up a project for sewage treatment in the area. I think sewage is a big issue throughout t the city. Improvements in this area can have positive effects on real estate in the area.

The Indore Development Authority owns quite a bit of land in Niranjanpur, and recently the got a Rs.40Cr land at Scheme No.78. It is believed that the IDA has proposed construction of 5-6 commercial blocks in the scheme no. 136 area. These developments might improve the real estate scene in Niranjanpur. I hear good attention is being paid to connectivity and roads as well to provide easy accessibility from Niranjanpur to other areas.

Hey, there are quite a few developments lined up for Niranjanpur. I have heard that a Information Technology Park might come up in a few years, which will definitely boost the prices in the area. Apart from this another big development coming up is the Vijay Nagar Railway Station. The good thing about this railway station will be that it won’t really be in Niranjanpur, so you won’t really have to bear the hoards of people flocking the station. It’ safe distance from the locality can be a good thing for real estate properties in the area.
