Hi all, This is very nice locality to invest surrounded by many IT companies and govt. projects. Like TCS, Cognizant, FAB VITY, Hard Park, RCI DRDL DMRL and ITIR etc., and Aero Space SEZ are about 50000 acres and also Electronic City, based on the above projects coming up land values is accepted to sour up tremendously in the near future. The developments which had taken place in Madhapur in late 90's, Gachibowli in early 2000's are accepted to replicate here.
@Nagesh, Even the property rate in the locality has shown a tremendous growth. The current price of a residential property in the locality is Rs. 6600-8700/sq-ft.
The theme park will definitely boost real estate in Adibatla. Already there is so much demand for the area after TCS startd work to make the biggest office space in Hyderabad that can house 20,000 IT professionals. Because of this the locality is becoming a hot target for project developers and investors. Even the aerospace work that started there did not create as much excitement only because it can only have 2000 employees. Plus people from all over the city are going to be coming to Adibatla to visit the new international amusement park. Real estate value is going to appreciate in no time once all these projects have finally been implemented.
All the people of Hyderabad are waiting on bated breaths for this amusement park to open. If you've heard of Adlabs Imagica in Bombay, it is said to be exactly like that. There are going to some amazing rides, a water park, restauarants, entertainment centres and shopping all in a single location. Yipee! Since majority of residents living in Aditbatla are going to be IT and MNC professionals, more people are going to want leisure and luxury activities such as this theme park. telanganna is said to be in talks with Mumbai Imagica developed by Adlabs to start building this wonderful amusement park in Hyderabad. Let's see how it goes because no one knows the starting date of the project.
Yes! Everyone seems to be talking about real estate updates at Adibatla these days. Yep the locality is fast expanding and especially with a new amusement park at an international level, infrastructure is going to improve drastically. There's recently been a high demand for plots in this area and now most projects are almost complete. It's actually considered to be the place with the highest land boom in 2012 and investors all find comfort in investing here due to the predictably high land returns in the near future. There are also ongoing IT projects and about 20 new companies. The first batch of 5000 employees started entering in April 2014 and by the next 5 years that number would probably increase by 50,000. Let's not forget that Adibatla is considered the 3rd It cluster in Hyderabad after Hitech city and Gachibowli.
