This is very nice locality to invest surrounded by many IT companies and govt. projects. Like TCS, Cognizant, FAB VITY, Hard Park, RCI DRDL DMRL and ITIR etc., and Aero Space SEZ are about 50000 acres and also Electronic City, based on the above projects coming up land values is accepted to sour up tremendously in the near future. The developments which had taken place in Madhapur in late 90's, Gachibowli in early 2000's are accepted to replicate here.
