Hi all, I am holding 1 BHK flat in Hubtown Gardenia, Mira Road (East). Current prices in the same complex are around 8500/sq. Ft. I am expecting the prices to touch 13000/sq-ft in next 3 years time. Is it realistic? Kindly share your experience.

Hi all, Problem is, people cry alone like this, but are scared, let me repeat, are scared to face Lodhas. Nothing will happen by putting complaints etc here. You will have to be a strong power and then they will have to listen to you. Get together and decide some strategy in place of being eunuchs and clapping like this.
Hello Bikram, You are absolutely right, even i am facing the same problems such as the facilities like club house, swimming pool for which Lodha has charged ample amount of money has not started yet and will be started~2 years from possession. has started taking maintainance for flat already but there is no facility of proper parking. Mail box will not yet be provided, The tiles put up in gallery are multi-coloured. In the sample flat it was not the case. The tiles in bathrooms are hollow and many more like that.
So my advise to all the buyers and investors that before putting your money in any project get the track record of the developers, verify all the documents again and again.
Hello Sir, Yes, the project is running almost 2 and 1/2 years delay and every time they are giving a new possession date. After coming here I found out many faults in their units, for i.e.
Door bell line is not installed while construction, door lock system is of very low quality, car parking is on main road, no parking space for bikes too, irresponsible security and many issues.
