Q: My brother-in-law recently invested in Gandhipuram, and we heard a great news that there’s a corporation bus-terminal project coming up in the area? Please tell me it’s happening.

I’m just so confused with this! One day, the newspaper reads that it’s approved, another day it says that they are relooking at the plan. They should just give a definitive statement. I heard that there were speculation that now they are thinking they should shift the bus stand to outside city all together to reduce traffic in Gandhipuram.

Hey people, I hear that they are going through the feasibility report of this project. Apparently, they are trying to build the whole thing keeping in mind future population in the area. We might hear some changes per this discussion on feasibility, for sure.

Yea, they haven’t really completed the design yet. it’ll take some time. They have to get the finalized designs of the proposed Gandhinagar flyover, then they will start with a proper design for the bus stand. I hope they finish soon. This bus stand will have ample parking space, and other passenger amenities. So it’s definitely a good news for people in the area.

Of course it’s happening! The planning is happening now. They are looking at the proposed flyover design as well, to design a more integrated bus stand. they are looking at their options right now, so wait up, something will turn up soon.
