Hebbal has a lot of USP's like traffic free roads, good social, commercial and industrial infrastructure, well-connected roads, cheap housing and a good realty potential. Very good area to invest in :)

Other local industries in Mysore Sandalwood, Bronze and craftsmanship work have also contributed to the growth of this locality in the past. There are also lot of upcoming projects coming up on Bangalore-Mysore highway involving Hebbal that will improve road connectivity further here.

Many IT/ITES companies have come up in Hebbal and it is considered the industrial corridor of Mysore. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys have all set up base here.

Hey Hebbal is an upcoming residential and commercial area having many property types and high demand. Lot of IT companies here. Capital values have hiked up by 50% in the past 2 years and rental values have increased by 100%.
