Q: Hi guys... do you have any information on the cluster project which was rumored to be sanctioned last month. I want to start a small enterprise and wondering if hebbal would be the right choice to invest.
Hebbal is a good place, if you ask me as it has a lot of problems when prviding the basic infrastructure. Like drinking water and other such facilities. So overall, if you do choose to go for it, it will be a great decision but there will be these silly minor issues you will ahve to deal with.
It's great to hear. Hebbal has an immense potential to grow into one of the best SSI area in Karnataka granted that the government will soon look over this area and create an industtrial township which I bet is soon to come.
Hello. SSIs in Hebbal has improved a lot despite the lack of co operation and neglect from the local and state government. In the Mysore area alone it has employed over 2.5 lakh people. So if you are looking for man-power this will be the right place.
If you are new entrepreneur, Establishing a SSI unit in Habbal is very difficult as no land is available for industry now. You may think of take over of a sick unit and establish is possible at a premium price. But the conditions are not very favourable for the enterprise.
This is thhe same project where they sanctioned clusters for Printing, and Food Industries right? I am sure the land prices are going to soar in Hebbal pretty soon. The only hitch is that the post election work is always known to be slumpy. I hope that is not the case here.
Hebbal is very well connected man. And there is so muchh scope for any form of industrial development. If your enterprise is going to be linked to one of the clusters, then you will find domain specific business and infrastructure.
See, basically this cluster project aimed at establishing new industrial clusters for which Mysore has good potential. The lands were supposed to be bought jointly by the Centre and State Government. I hope you have looked up realty investors for your enterprise.
I would recommend you to invest in Hebbal Industrial Area. There is a lot of of influx in terms of employment here. Some 250 ancillary units aiding automobile cluster are reported to generate 2.5 lakh jobs across Mysore. I am sure Hebbal contributes the most.
I thought Hebbal is like the IT and industry hub already withh Infosys, BEML and L&T all in one area. Many ancillary industries are already there supporting these giants.
Yeah. Hebbal Industrial Area right? They actually conducted a survey on the automobile small scale industry sector here. A Bangalore based private agency submitted reports to the Director of Industries and Commerce.
Are you talking about the announcement made last year by the Mysore Industries Association? I am not really sure how many of the proposed projects have really taken off. Anyway Mysore has identified SSIs to be teir route to industrialization
