Q: Hi, I am Planing to buy a land in Sr. No 259 Kalwad Next to Bhrama Project for 2000Sq.Ft, Is it ok to buy out there or is there any Air Force Restrictions are there. The agent told me that he will prepare the 7/12 for the same as well and heard that it is illegal or its not possible. Also want to ask that is there a plan for DP road besides Kalwald to 509. Where I can get the deep details about Kalwad Area?
You can find the zone details from Collectorate, Pune District. A city survey has been/is conducted in each city and a city survey record for each individual parcel of land has been created and given a particular number which is known as City Survey number. If your zone comes under PCMC then you have to collect it from the PCMC's Town Planning Department or if it comes under PMC, then you have to collect it from the PMC Town planning Department.
Hi Saquib, Kalwad in Pune comes under R-zone. It receives a healthy demand for residential properties due to the availability of quality housing in all budget categories. Investors get a host of options to choose from gated communities to villas and high-end apartments. Pune , Pimpri-Chinchwad , Talegaon Dabhade , Sasvad are the nearby Cities to Pune. Hadapsar Rail Way Station , Ghorpuri West Rail Way Station are the very nearby railway station to Kalwad Area. How ever Pune Jn Rail Way Station is major railway station 10 KM near to Kalwad Area
Hello Friend, Thanks for your respond but I am talking about Kalwad Area not Kalewadi. Can you give me the details of the "Kalwad Area" near Khese Park Lohgaon Road.
Hi, Kalewadi is one of the prominent localities in Pune. The price trends on Kalewadi have been witnessing various ups and downs. The area enjoys good demand due its proximity to important centers of the city and beyond. The price appreciation of this locality in the future might be very good. As the current residential price trend in the locality is between Rs. 5250-5650/sq.ft and the average price of the property in that locality is Rs. 5450/sq.ft.There is a road which connects Lohegaon and Wagholi, which in turn connects to the Ahmednagar highway. Roads also coming from Vishrant Wadi, Dhanori, Shinde Wadgoan and Wagholi meet at Lohegoan.
