Shamshabad is starting to see the high rise buildings now. I would say it is a good idea to invest here, because the place is well connected to all city areas and is developing rapidly, making it an ideal spot for real estate builders.

You won't find many apartments in Shamshabad mainly due to the fact that as it is very close to the airport, there is a certain height the buildings can be built at. But however, I do know of a few upcoming apartment complexes in Shamshabad. I believe the number of projects will keep increasing as the area is under good development.

As much as I know, Shamshabad has a very few apartment complexes, there are more number of houses/vacant plots, whether you look at ready to move in or ongoing projects. However, I recently did hear that there are some residential projects proposed to come up in the area. You could check that out.
