Q: Hey guys, how is the infrastructure around the TIDEL Park? My cousin brother is going to start working there soon, just wanted to check about the facilities around.

I hear WIPRO is coming up in TIDEL park, if they continue this scene, then the benefit for IT industry will not reflect anywhere in Coimbatore real estate market. They only have to fix basic amenities, I don’t think it should be delayed anymore.

Forget the roads, street lights also don’t work properly. They are all there, but they don’t function. Same old Indian street light problems. You’d think at least around these IT Parks, they’ll keep all facilities intact, but looks to me like the corporation and Government has forgotten about this.

Well, TIDEL park itself has no issues in terms of amenities and related things. But, the streets around and the medians for that matter are not maintained properly at all. They should really do something to make the surrounding better, otherwise the IT Park won’t have any value.
