Hi, I would also like to buy a NA plot of 3-4 Gunthas to build a home.

Q: I would look for a bank loan for about 50%. Does anyone know if banks approve home loans on loans in Khese Park. Will there be any issues from any authorities on building homes on land here due to the Airforce or Green Zone.

Hi,
Be very careful while buying plots in Lohegaon, Khese park and adjoining areas. There are a lot of land mafia and crooks. Many plots are sold to multiple people and buyers are cheated. there are lot of such cases going on. The area is too close to Airport area and has restrictions on construction. Some survey numbers close to road,officer mess of IAF have some sort of legal issues. Extreme care and legal verification is a must.
