Q: Hi, i heard that SRS charging some preferential charges? Can anybody tell me what are those charges?

I have booked one flat in SRS AFFORDABLE GROUP HOUSING Sector 6 Palwal (since 21st-Jan-2012 ) with below details as:-

Flat no. A/BLOCK6/204/AGH in name of RITU VERMA & ABHISHEK VERMA

At booking time flat cost was INR 12,50,000(12 Lakh 50 Thousand) but after 18 months of booking with more than 13 lakh payment from my side, you have increased the basic cost to 14,97,890 (14 Lakh 97 Thousand 8 Hundred 90) without any valid, legal, govt. approved, written, mailed reason to customer WHY ?

And i have send him 1 legal notice to him, So you please join me group as:-

Hi Sudhir,
Dream Homes, Sec-6 by SRS Real Estate Ltd.offers only 2BHK residential apartments in 740 sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 2300/sq-ft. It is a G+6 storey apartment consists 4 towers.

Dream Homes, Sec-6 by SRS Real Estate Ltd. is approved by Haryana Town & Country Planning and the cost of a 2BHK in 740 sq-ft will be Rs. 17 lacs.

Hi,
What are the basic amenities provided by the developer in this project? How much they are charging as a booking amount? When are they hand over the project to its owners?

@ Nakul,
Some of the basic amenities are nearby commercial complex, couple of nursery and primary schools nearby, open car parking, 24 hrs. security and water supply etc.

Booking amount will be 5% of the BSP and rest of the amount in 10 easy EMIs. It is said that they will deliver the project in December'2015.

Hi,
Here are some preferential location charges:- for ground floor- Rs. 100000/-, 1st floor- Rs. 75000/-, 2nd floor-Rs. 50000/- and park facing- Rs.25000/- (upto 6th floor).
