Hello, This project has already been taken over by DTCP, Haryana (govt) Vide order No. LC-3042-PA (SS) - 2018/ 24620-629 dated 21/08/2018. All legal allottees should contact STO Faridabad. HUDA and STP are assigned administrator to this project. Construction will start soon but allottees first contact STP Faridabad.

Hi Tulika, It has been found that SRS Real Estate Sector-6, Palwal has not received license (LC-3040A) as per Status of Licence Applications Received Under Affordable Housing Policy 2013 till March 2017. Status showing that for Sector-6, Palwal project, they observed some deficiencies and reject the application.
Hi Tulika, I think you should talk to the builder on this matter as this project is still under construction and last due date of possession was March 2017. You should visit the project site and check the current status and share some useful information with us too. Thanks
Hi, All as i visited many times at site of the Project Palwal sec. 6 and found that there is no activity of Work since last 18Months All contarctors has left. I visited to SRS off but they are not ready to reply any more We should unite and go to consumer court for possession Many have taken bank loan and paid @95% amount because its CLP plan(Construction Plan) one man not can get decision unless we will unite I have also booked in D tower and now helpless and paying to Bank loan If, any you have any option kindly suggest or call me I will be Thanksfull to all of you if we may be unite K.D.Mishra, Faridabad 09312437300
