Residential unit, Locality and Amenities in Puppalaguda
Q: Hello friends. Can someone help me out by telling me what kind of residential units are available, the project amenities and what kind of a locality this is?
The site looks well connected. It might take you one or two attempts to get auto rikshaws but the place is very well surrounded with bus stops. You have bus stops all through Fort Road and Manikonda Road that are both lesser than one km away from the site. Not too far away you will also find Apollo Hospital and If you are someone who likes to walk as much as I do, you're in for a treat! There are more than 15 parks that are scattered all around the place. That also means you can expect lots of fresh air surrounding the area.
Hi! I live near Friends Colony and I agree there are lots of nice restaurants around this area. I keep going to The Golden Season and Namaste Restaurant. Like mentioned above, on Shaikpet Road there are nice restaurants like Domino's and The Patio. Also at the end of the road, near Toli Chowki, you will find a few shopping centers like Banaras Shopping Mall, Season's Shopping Mall and Star Bazaar for you to buy clothes and accessories. At the same chowki, you will find at least three or four specialty and multi specialty hospitals Like Relief Hospitals and Apple Hospitals.
Hi. There are lots of schools around the site. You should find more than 10 schools within a three km radius. You should find Golconda fort around 30 mins away from the site. You should also find lots of hospitals and clinics near Hakeempet. That is around 3 km away. You will find lots of banks and ATMs scattered around the city but most of them will be on Shaikpet Road. I have seen many ATMs near State Bank Of Hyderabad on that road. Also, on the same road you will find a lot of different restaurants and hotels.
Hi! The project comes with two unit types. 2 BHK and 3 BHK. The 2 BHK is 1200 sq.ft and the 3 BHK ones come in 1300 sq.ft. In the list of amenities, I saw that it is proposed to have a garden, a swimming pool, a play area for the kids, and a club house. To add on to the standard amenities, they also have tennis and badminton Courts in the plan and every flat is supposed to come with their respective parking spaces. I think the area is big enough to accommodate all the planned amenities and it is well connected to the rest of the city.
