What is the current price trend of residential property in that locality? Is there any new development happening? How is civic amenities in the locality?

It is my personal advice to you, before investing in any property please be sure that there is no issue with the land or project, all the approvals are in place, electricity and water condition, connectivity to the other parts of the city, basic facilities are nearby or not, banks approval, lay out plan etc. If it is possible take the advice of a legal adviser.
