Hello sir,
I am planning to purchase plot in Hyderabad,will it is right option to purchase plot in 1500 acre venture by alien group near Shamshabad?Or suggest me area where I will invest 10-15 lacs for good return?Plz give me ur advice.

There may be a lot of progress going in areas like Shamshabad, Nizam Pet, Saroor Nagar, L. B. Nagar. You can get independent house in the range of 14 lakh onwards. You would be able to decide from amongst these areas. They're all upcoming areas being developed intensively.

Yes Shamshabad is prominent locality having wide array of infrastructure facilities and lot of development scope. It will do you good to invest here I feel.

I agree! Apart from the industries, with the setup of Tata Aerospace Units the appreciation will only get better in and around Shamshabad.

Most definitely, this investment will be beneficial. Given that the area is very close to the aiport and with the number of industries coming up in Hardware Park, the potential for growth is very high.
