Helloo... The KGISL Platina offers many facilities like club house, swimming pool, garden, gym, play area to suit your requirements. Needless to say there is provision for uninterrupted power and water supply here. In addition to that, there is round the clock security provided here. If you want to move in with your family here then this would be a good idea. your family willl definitely like this place. It is available for occupancy right now so you can see these apartments and select the best one for you.

Hi there, KGISL Platina is surely a nice place to live in.. The 1 BHK apartments here would cost about Rs 20.40 L to 20.70 L whereas the 2 BHK apartments would be priced at Rs 28.50 L. The 3 BHK apartments here cost around Rs 45 L, the 4 BHK apartments costing around Rs 83.85L. If these apartments fit into your budget then I'd suggest you to go and check out the apartment of your choice. since it is already available for use, I think you should go and see it as soon as possible before it gets occupied.

Heyyy.. KGISL Platina in Saravanampatti is available for occupancy since May 2014. So if you are interested you can go ahead and check out this place. Offering 1,2,3 and 4 BHk apartments along with the best amenities I'm sure this place won't disappoint you. You can choose between any of these apartments according to your requirements. If you want to move in with your family then I'd suggest you go for the 3 or 4 BHK spacious apartments. All in all, if you have made up your mind to stay here then you ahve definitely made the right choice.
