Q: Hi Everybody,I am looking to buy a home for self use and not for investment purpose me and my wife's office is in Gurgaon,given the metro will start somewhere mid next year and link line from kalindi to hauzkhas in 2016 ,would you recommend to buy a property in Faridabad.I am low on budget (~45L all inclusive) and only able to find properties in faridabad in this budget

Hi Manish, Neharpar is a very best location. And well connected with the other parts of the city. Some of the best school of country in nearby vicinity. Like Manav Rachna International University & Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences & Research. Raghav Hospital & Janak Hospital are within 1km away from this area. In my point of view it's a prime location according to major infrastructure & connectivity . Appreciation will be high in this location.
Hi, In my point of view Sector-86 is a very good locality. It is strategically located and the well known area of Delhi/NCR with all the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals, restaurants, petrol pumps are nearby. Road connectivity is also good at this location. Water is supplied by Municipal Corporation Faridabad & Electricity is provided by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN).
In year 2009 the price was 1900/sq-ft in faridabad which gradually increased.In year 2012 & 2013 it rapidly increased & in year 2014 it touched 4250/sq-ft.

It offers 3 BHK apartment area ranging from 1066 sq-ft to 1437 sq-ft. Builder quoted price 3850/sq-ft. The possession is 2014 December. I t has approval from banks like LIC Housing Finance Ltd, DHFL, Tata Capital Housing Finance & State Bank Of India.
