Residential property prices in Wakad currently range between Rs.5500-6600/sq.ft., and host of developers such as Kalpataru, Rohan, Kolte-Patil, Pristine, Kasturi and Javdekar are serving the demand for homes from the mid-income segment. Wakad has seen annualized appreciation of 20-25% and continues to benefit from demand drivers such good civic infrastructure and vast improvements in connectivity.

Suggest me some good 2BHK, possession within 1-2 yrs, my budget is Rs. 60L, which is the best Pune- Wakad, Pimple Saudagar, Baner or Hinjewadi?

There are several options in these locations. However, within a budget of Rs 60 lakh, you would have to narrow down your search to a few projects. For instance, in Wakad, Emerald Phase II by Gawade Construction Co, Royal Entrada by 5 Star Group, Casa Imperia by Aum Sanskruti Housing, Skyline by Adi Group etc all offer 2BHK units that would be ready by end of 2014 or mid 2015.

In Baner you can look at Opal by Behede Parwal Properties and Nirmitee Constructions within a budget of Rs 60 lakh. This would be ready by early 2105.

If you can wait till end of 2016, one can also look at Elina by Trimurti Development Company. In Hinjewadi, Kolte Patil has a project called Life Republic which would be ready by end of 2015.
