Elevated expressway from Hyderabad?

Q: What is this thing that I’m hearing about some elevated expressway the new state government is planning? Have you guys heard about it? I bet it would work wonders for the city’s real estate market. What do you all think?

Yes you’re right. I am also planning to invest in Hyderabad real estate soon, so I was looking into all the upcoming infrastructure projects out here. I must say that this is a very smart move by the chief minister. This road urgently needs some help, it is a major accident zone right now. Once this expressway is done, there will be a crazy rush for property in Hyderabad. I expect good commercial growth as well in this area. Following which there will be more job opportunities and increased demand for real estate, which is good news for all us property holders.

I know. All this is the prerogative of the Telengana chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao. He actually wanted something along the lines of the famous P.V. Narasimha Rao Express Highway. So the first steps are going to be providing better service roads, removing dangerous accident-prone road bends and construction of more flyovers and bypass roads on the Rajiv Rahadari for a smoother traffic flow.

Yeah, actually the Telengana government is considering building an elevated expressway between Hyderabad city and Ramagundam. It will obviously be along the Rajiv Rahadari, which is great, don’t you think? The traffic problems will be reduced a lot by this expressway. Actually that’s the main motive of the state government you know. The problem with this road is that its kinda risky. There have been so many accidents and casualties on this road, because of the insane traffic flow over here. So I think they are trying their best to make this place safer.
