Q: Hi. I want to rent a 3hk in the peelamedu area in Coimbatore. I've heard
it's a posh area. My budget is anything below 20000. A friend of mine
mentioned an apartment building called CKH Thulasi Encalve on Kamaraj
road. Anyone have an idea of this project. Also are there any options in
my budget?
Haven't heard of CKH Thulasi Enclave, but the reviews online are pretty
decent. I stay in Shriram Vijay Hyde Park which is located in Duraisamy
Layout on Avarampalayam Road. I paid around a lack of deposit and am
paying a rent of 16k per month. Apart from the rent, maintanance is
3000k per month. From all the complexes ive seen, this to me is the
best. It has everything from a swimming pool to a clubhouse to a
library. They even have their own wi-fi. Come on, for 19k it is a really
good deal. Plus the people are really friendly and if you have kids
they will absolutely love it.
I currently own an independant house in Peelamedu. I have a few friends
in the real estate business, so I can help you with your query. I
enquired about CKH Thulasi Enclave It is located right opposite the
Manis Theatre on Kamaraj Road. A 3bhk will cost you around 17000 and you
will have to give a deposit of 10 months. The apartment has full power
backup facility, a clubhouse. gym and a community hall. Some other
places in the same price range my friends suggested were Shriram Vijay
Hyde Park and Jains Cambre.
No clue about CKH Thulasi Enclave but I'm sure there are many options in
Peelamedu that will suit your budget. The rent is considerably lower in
Coimbatore as it the real estate market has just picked up. You can get
a decent 1000-1200 sq ft 3bhk apartment in Peelamedu from 12,000
onwards. The price does not usually exceed 20000 as the commercial
infrastructure is still developiing. I had checked on some online
websites for rentals a while ago. I found a number of owners putting
their apartments for rent at reasonably good rates. You could also take
the help of brokers and agents as they would give you a ground view of
the residential real state scene in Coimbatore.
