This is in reference of Flat NO 102 of DPWHO PROJECT NO-25 D being Constructed at Dwarka Sector-23B Pocket-:7 POCHANPUR, NEW DELHI. This was booked on 6th September2014 and was to be handed over within 18 months. But Construction never started for this project and after approaching DPW multiple times DPW dodged and were giving fake promises. Due to frustration finally I cancelled project on 26 Feb 2016 because of Their fake promises and Project never started. I am still waiting for payment along with interest which they were supposed to pay on 10th of this month as promised and mentioned in letter. I want DPW response for the same otherwise I have to go for Legal Action against Them as I have given them enough chances and have been waiting for long.

Hi,
In my point of view, in year 2009 this location had 1750/sq-ft price ,which increased rapidly in year 2011&12 . Now in 2014 it touched 3400/sq-ft. This is because of better connectivity & so many new residential & commercial project. What people want in daily basic ,every amenities are present in this location. In educational point of view plenty of Schools & Colleges are here. Economical Infrastructures like malls, Hotels etc are nearby it's vicinity.

So if someone wants to buy or keen to investment ,all kind of amenities & features are available here.Definitely this location will have better appreciation in terms of residential or investment .

As per my knowledge Raj Nagar is one of the better-planned cities of Delhi NCR. Its impeccable civic infrastructure and houses at affordable prices makes it an ideal place for middle class end users hunting for homes. It is very well connected to neighboring areas such as Vaishali, Vasundhara and Indirapuram. It is only 15 minutes drive from Noida and 30-40 minutes drive from Hapur. The locality mainly consists of mid-rise apartments.
