I want to know about the status of this project. is it still under construction? I have tried to make several times communication with developer but not getting any reply by them. I was hear some news that this project is declare illegal by court. is it true? If some body has confirm information or any related document like court judgment order copy or similar. Please share the same with me. because I have also invested but neither get ban-glow and also not get refund which is already paid.

We are stuck in the same situation. We bought a place in the Sonarpur area and since the past 1 year, there has been no progress. Last time I enquired (2-3 months back) there was some legal issue with the company head but we were assured; once the matter settles the construction work will be renewed. No such thing has happened as yet. Also, all the contact numbers provided on the official site are invalid including the one of Mr. Dey and so there isn't any way of contacting them. Is someone out there facing such a similar issue?

Hi Diptarishi, The current residential property trend in the locality is between Rs. 2700-2900/sq-ft. This project is approved by Rajpur Sonarpur Municipal Corporation. Similar developments in the locality are Mayfair Greenwoods, Sonarpur Shobha Residency, RDB Regent Sonarpur Phase I, Baron Enclave, Srijan South Winds etc.

Reasons are many and one primary reason is, Kolkata do not have any decent plotted development, which is gated, secured and maintained. Look at Gurgaon, Bangalore, there are so many plotted developments in all price ranges. People used to those kinds of developments are expecting the same in Kolkata too. After some discount ... and those dreams and aspirations are cleverly exploited by the crooks with nice website but absolutely no ground reality.
