Q: Hey I recently heard about how property appreciation has taken place by the Bangalore Mysore highway. Is this a good place to invest? What sort of activities have propelled this price rise?

Prices here range between 3500 to 4000 rupees. The good road connectivity and development of infra facilities is the main reasons why demand for property on this highway is escalating.

And it is still rising at a steady pace. This is now an upcoming locality with a number of residential and commercial activities going on. MBR Sinfonia is an example of a prominent residential project on this road that is walkable distance from Mysore city.

Well yeah it is a good place to invest. The 4 lane highway from Nayandahalli, Bangalore to V V Puram in Mysore offers brilliant connectivity between the 2 regions. Many IT guys opt for staying in apartments by this highway because it is close to both cities.
