Residential Projects in Vadavalli

Q: Hey. I will be shifting to coimbatore shortly as i have got a job
posting there itself. i will be looking for a 2bhk for rent in an
apartment complex for me and my family. It should be in vadawalli where
my office is based. Also how are the schools there? If anyone has any
information on this please do help me.

I work in real estate, and there are many apartments available for rent
in this vicinity. Apartment buildings like Subiksham Paradise, Sri Vetri
Anokhi, Sree Daksha Sanshray are some of the more known ones here.
However, you will have to check for the availability of a 2bhk. I see,
that you are looking or an apartment complex. There are not many
apartments complexes in Vadavalli that provide you with a wide range of
amenities, if that's what your looking for. I suggest checking on real
estate sites. You will get a better idea. About the area - It is
friendly and ideal for your children as there are many reputed schools
here.

I currently am staying in Gujan Asaana in Vadavalli. The apartment is
locaated in a very peaceful and it faces the Marudmalai hills. The view
is great from my window. There is full power backup, security, modular
kitched and a covered car parking. And all this for a good price. Me and
my family really enjoy the area as there are many restaurants and
cinemas close by. I have two children and they go to St. Mary's High
School, which is very near to the apartment. I am sure yor family will
love this area.

Hi. It would be easier for me to help you if you give me an idea of what
your budget is and which area you will be working in. As the rent rates
are considerably low in Coimbatore, you have many options. What i can
tell you is that the area is great. Vadavalli is one of the prime
localities in Coimbatore. It has shopping complexes, theaters and many
restaurants. Also I know, for a fact that there are many schools in the
area. It is safe and ideal for any family to live in. However, i can
help you further if you let me know your price range.

Hi there. I recently came to Coimbatore with my family. I too was
looking for a 2bhk. My collegue suggested that i check out Sree Daksha
Sanshray in Vadavalli. The property also had good reviews online. I went
and saw the complex and immedietely fell in love. The apartments are
big and spacious. They also have a lot of facilities like a swimming
pool and a play area for kids. The area is good with many schools and
hospital around. And the rent is also not too high. You should
definately check it out.
