Hello sir, It is my personal suggestion to you that don't believe that the builder or their representative will give you the exact information about the project approval or any other issue of the project. If i will ask the developer, he will only provide me the positive side of the project. So, better if you visit the developer's office ask for all the legal document, verify it with the local municipality and then proceed.
