Even the builder doesnot respond to the complaints once he receives the payment.

Better to visit the developer's office and discuss on the issues otherwise nobody will reply after receiving the payment. If they still behave like that file a complaint in consumer forum.

It is my personal advice to you all that if you have sufficient documents/papers to prove your allegations, If not, collect the same like brochure. After collecting all the evidence, file a complaint case before the local District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum alleging deficiency in service and unfair business practice followed by the builder.

Before buying MSR projects think twice.
Very poor construction quality,
Chinchwad scheme all flats,approx 700,are having heavy leakage problem.
Almost all MSR schemes are having the same problem.
The MSR group is least interested in solving the problems.
Ours is a hard earned money.
Think twice before buying
