Hi, Sankalp Basant is said to be their best project as they have a lot of added attractions apart from basic amenities, such as a swimming pool, cafeteria, gym, indoor games, rain wtaer harvesting system etc. There are 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats available, over an area of 1300/1500 sq ft respectively. The total cost for either would lie between Rs. 35 - Rs. 42 lakh.

Sankalp Group is pretty huge in J P Nagar. They have 3 residential projects to their credit - Sankalp Basant, Sankalp Serene and Sankalp Sarovar. All have 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats. The price per sq ft varies for all 3, falling in the range of Rs. 2500 - Rs. 4000. Basic amenities like security system, 24 hour power and water backup are all provided.

Hey, by what I know, they have 3 apartment complexes in J P Nagar - Sankalp Serene, Sankalp Basant and Sankalp Sarovar. All have basic amenities; Sankalp Basant has added facilities of a gym, cafe, swimming pool etc. The 2 BHKs would cost you around Rs. 35 - Rs. 40 lakhs!
