As so many inputs shared earlier, but when we say I’m “keen”, it must followed by some inputs .In terms of payment plan, it is lump some kind of thing with healthy cash component, and booking is closed as of now.

Hi,

As per my conversation with builder executive regarding this I came to know that, you have to pay At the time of booking- 10%+ Service Tax, Then within 2 Months Of Booking- 85%+ Service Tax, At the time of Possession- 5%+Service tax+ stamp duty+other charges.
