Can you Pls help me to know more about Marvel Izara project which is
Still pending and yet they haven't started construction on the ground ,
More over there are rumors of Marvel is delaying all their projects due
To financial issues , so need to know if are they realible n trustworth OR
Shall we just drop the idea of Marvel project and what other projects can you
Suggest similar to Marvel concept n ideas ??? Tks in advance .

Hello sir,
Both NIBM Road and Baner are popular localities amongst end users and investors. Because of good social and physical infrastructure, people prefer to stay here. As far as investment is concerned, NIBM Road appreciated 27% in last two years while Baner recorded 31% price rise is last 2 years. The price rise is good however smaller size units are only available within this budget range. Baner offers 700 sq-ft flat at Rs 50 lakh while NIBM Road offers 1000 sq-ft flat within Rs 50 lakhs.

Location advantages:- 20 minutes from Pune Railway Station, 10 minutes from Pune Camp and M.G Road, in close proximity to buzzing shopping centers,malls,restaurants and clubs, Close to major, reputed hospitals and schools.

The current property rate in the locality is between Rs. 5500-5900/sq-ft. NIBM road is slated to be the next Kalyani Nagar of Pune and with property prices shooting up very day this is the right time to invest. As the malls and other commercial activity coming up NIBM road will get what it lacks only is public transportation.

You made a good decision to buy an apartment on NIBM Road, since the locality is away from hustle & bustle from city and still having all the facilities available around. It is close to camp area, Pune Railway station and Airport.

Go for a 3BHK resale flat from an investor, it will save your money & will cost you Rs. 5400 to 5600/sq.ft. less than builders rate.
You can go for Marvel Izara too as the location and the connectivity is good and all the basic necessities are within reach.

Hi,
Marvel Izara by Marvel Realtors and Developers Pvt. Ltd. located on the road side opposite DPS school, at NIBM Road , Pune. It is a partnership project by Nyati Group. It is a big project and currently Ph-1 being launched. Overall project seems good but for somebody who gas patience and willing to wait.
