In my point of view, Sohna road is an emerging as the top realty destination in Gurgaon. It has various types of real estate on either side of the road, commercial spaces, residential apartments, villas, IT parks and retail. It is well developed area ,rate of investment is high here. It is an excellent location of Delhi NCR with all the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals are nearby.

Water is supplied to this area by Haryana Urban Development Authority & Electricity is provided here by Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN). This area gives a good combination of commercial, residential, restaurants, malls, office space, it the best part of Sohna Road that, you can get every thing on same location, enough office space for commercial activities, high class society in every type of budget, its also a best part.

In year 2009 the average residential property price of this area had 3300/sq-ft. In year 2012 & 2013 it showed improvement . In year 2014 this sector touched price 8600/sq-ft. It showed that there has been significant increment of this area. Definitely it is a good idea to buy property here. As far as I know ,in future investors will get good returns. It is an ideal location for families to settle down & also offers better connectivity to other sectors. It is good for both long term investment as well as end use purpose.
