Hi Rajat, I agreed with you. Now a days builder are trying many unique concepts in their project to attract end users & investors. Villament is one of them. It will be spacious, safety as well as compact with high end amenities .
But I wonder suppose I am investing here, then how I will get return of investment? I mean , i think it will be hard to find a tenant who will pay huge amount as rent !!! And if we will go for resale , then may be there are chances, but still that depends on locality.
Well Surinder, you have a valid point. In my opinion, resale actually depends on the local market. What is currently going on there , what people want? I think in Greater Noida most of the tenant are searching either for studio apartment or 2BHK. So be wise before buying any property. My advice will be study the locality first.

Hi Mr Daniel, In my point of view, First you have to pay 10% of total cost - while Booking . After that 5% of total cost - within 30 days of booking, And after that , with in 45 days of booking- 80% of total cost. At last while possession- 5 % of total cost.
