Online platform is a really convenient way to buy homes, especially one has the trust of the builders. The option of booking homes online gives you freedom from brokers and middlemen. You were just not able to evaluate and buy a property from anywhere without making physical visit.

Are you talking about Inora Park? This project located at Undri, Pune near Bishop's Schools and very close to the NIBM Annexe, Inora Park is set in 6.28 acres of land. Undri is unique as it also boasts proximity to developed infrastructure and offers fast connections to varous parts of the city. It is about 10 kms from Pune Railway Station and 15 kms from the Pune International Airport. All the educational institutions, markets and malls, eateries, health club and hopitals are in the vicinity.

This offer was nearly for 350 flats in Bangalore, Ahmedabad and Pune where company is developing four projects. These are New Haven in Bangalore, New Haven Compact in Ahmedabad and La Montana and Inora Park in Pune.

La Montana by Tata Housing Development Corp. Ltd. strategically located opposite Talegaon MIDC Junction Old Mumbai Pune Highway, Talegaon Mavel, Pune. It offers 1/2/3 BHK residential apartments from 640-1437 sq-ft and the current price is Rs. 4900/sq-ft. It will cost around Rs. 31.36 lacs for 1BHK and Rs. 48.36 lacs to Rs. 51.59 lacs for 2BHK and Rs. 70.41 lacs for 3BHK + registration charges.

Well,
Tata Inora Park is located near Bishops School Undri, Pune. It offers 2/3 BHK apartments from 1012-1409 sq-ft. It will cost near around Rs. 49.58 lacs to Rs. 57.33 lacs for 2BHK and Rs. 69 lacs for 3BHK + registration charges.

Almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project and expected possession date will be May'2016 for La Montana and Tata Inora park is ready to move as the project work has almost finished in June 2014.

Investing in property would be anytime a better option. A Family member has made bookings at tata value homes at Pune and they are quite satisfied. Also the hassle is less with the option of online booking.
